S.Hali is an Industry professional with over 36 years of experience with a Maha Ratna Public-Sector Major, Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd.
His areas of expertise include Sales & Marketing of Power producing equipment, Project Management, Spares & Services, Management & Renovation of large Power Sector projects in both Domestic & International sectors.
He superannuated from BHEL as General Manager (Engineering and Commercial Coordination) in December - 2015.
His training acumen was heightened when he served as Faculty of in-house training programs at BHEL, as President of Hardwar Management Association and then as Secretary, BHEL Education Management Board (EMB) 2007 -2011. During his tenure he administered 7 schools (5 Higher secondary schools and 2 Primary schools) under the management of BHEL, catering to the educational upliftment of students from economically weaker sections of the society. He was also a member of Academic Review Committee of Anushruti,IIT-Roorkee.
Mona Verma is a TEDx speaker and award-winning author of 10 books, editor of over a dozen anthologies, and a noted Haiku and Tanka poet. An alumna of Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University, she holds a postgraduate certification from Harvard Business School. Her writing has been featured in the ICSE ELT series and subject of thesis for numerous research scholars.
Her writings are mentioned in the prestigious Routledge Encyclopaedia of Indian Writing in English (2023) and listed in the FICCI–Bologna Book Plus Rights Catalogue.
A recipient of the Rex Karamveer Gold Medal from iCONGO and the United Nations, Times of India Award by the Ruskin Bond Foundation, Uttarakhand Ratan, Hindustan Times Woman of the Year award and the Munshi Premchand Sahitya Puruskar, Mona is deeply involved in India’s literary and cultural landscape.She has served as Chief Coordinator and Chairperson of the Literature Committee of FLO FICCI Uttarakhand and is also the co-founder of House of Harmony, curating literary experiences across India. She has shared festival platforms with leading writers, thinkers and public figures.
A former member of the Asia Development Bank, she is also the Founder-Director of DISHA.ectl where she works as an Organisational Presence and Managerial Competency Coach with ministries, PSUs and MNCs across the country.
